You can cancel an order any time before 24 hours of order placement. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after this period.
There will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation.
If the payment was made by Credit/Debit Card, Net-Banking, or Digital Wallets, we will refund the money to your respective payment account. Typically, this takes 5-7 working days to reflect in your account after processing the refund request.
Please note, while we control the release of funds, we depend on the credit card issuing bank for the refund to be credited to your account. Delays from the bank’s end are beyond our control.
Once the order has been shipped, you must contact Bluebird Solar customer care at +91-011-47052209 or email us at Orders@bluebirdsolar.in to request cancellation.
Bluebird Solar Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Error or mistake in product information on our website (e.g., incorrect price, specification, quantity)
- Wrong or incomplete details provided while placing the order (e.g., incomplete address, wrong or missing PIN code, phone number)
- COD orders that were not re-confirmed
- Product unavailability
- Delivery address is out of the service area
