Returns and Replacement Policy


If you want to return the product, you are free to return it but at the time of delivery. However, in such return cases, the cancellation rules will be applicable. The return request would need to be sent through the e-mail from your registered e-mail ID, at orders@bluebirdsolar.in, or by contacting us on our Sales Support, mentioning order details being mandatory. Also, check the conditions below when you can ask for replacement:

1. IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT

      If the product you receive is damaged, call Bluebird Solar customer care at +91-011-47052209 or email us at orders@bluebirdsolar.com within 10 days of receipt. Share an unboxing video or photograph. Our service team will examine the product; if it's beyond repair, we will collect the damaged item and deliver a new product.

2. WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY

      If you receive the wrong product, inform Bluebird Solar at +91-011-47052209 or email us at Orders@bluebirdsolar.in. Our team will verify and replace the incorrect item with the correct product. This needs to be reported within 10 days of delivery.

3. IF YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING

      We discourage returns after satisfactory delivery. However, if there's an issue with the product, we offer service support or replacement. Contact Sunspeed solar Solar or email Sunspeedsolar@gmail.com.in within 10 days of receipt to register your complaint. Our team will assist you with the right solution or replacement.

4. RETURN & REPLACEMENT CONFIRMATION PROCESS

      Inspect the shipment immediately upon acceptance.
      Refuse delivery if there's any damage to the packaging.
      Note the damage on the courier receipt.
      Report any damage to the product within 10 days of receipt.
      Email orders@bluebirdsolar.in with details of the issue and clear images of the damaged product and packaging.
      Once the return request is accepted, repackage the product with original packing and invoice.
      Upon receipt of the return parcel, we will inspect and initiate replacement or refund if the return is validated.

5. WHEN DO YOU GET A REFUND FOR THE CANCELLED ORDER?

      If the payment was made by Credit/Debit Card, Net-Banking, or UPI, we will refund the money to your respective payment account. Typically, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the order is marked as cancelled.

6. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT ACCEPTED AT DELIVERY?

      If the product is in good condition and as ordered, but is still not accepted at delivery, RTO (Return to Origin) charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. NON-ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

      The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:
      - Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included.
      - Products with a missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial number.
      - Damage not reported within 10 days of receiving the product.
